Everything you need to know so you can understand the process of building and maintaining a website.

Absolutely! We fix the issue for one low fee, or it’s free.

Upon your selection of a website package and our receipt of your intent to proceed, we meet to gather further information (written content, images, branding) and start the process.

We work with you to determine your needs, while reviewing your branding as a guide to establish the creativity for your project. We also look at current design trends specific to the web presence for both your product and service.

It can take anywhere from weeks to months based on the size, availability of content, graphics, branding and –  of course – revisions of content. We offer an option for delivery within a week for an additional charge.

We give you as much latitude as we can when it comes to making changes. Generally it takes two revisions to incorporate all required content.

We definitely do! We have done this many times in the past for our clients, and are happy to help you too.

Your payment options are very easy. Smaller projects are 50% up front, which indicates a commitment on both of our parts, and 50% on completion. Larger projects are 3 equal payments – start, middle and completion. The only acceptable payment method is by Interac eTransfer.

Yes. We draw up a basic contract which clearly establishes expectations on both our parts.

You are not left alone. We provide you with 30 minutes of WordPress training and show you how to create content pages or blog posts so that you can easily manage your own website. Three months of website maintenance is included, which covers assistance with plug-in updates, small content changes, etc. You are not left hanging, and no one should be.

Unfortunately we don’t. Depending on your budget, you have various choices for web hosting for your website. WordPress Hosting, strongly recommended. Shared Hosting, if you must. Companies such as Bluehost have cost effective hosting/domain packages to get you started.

We require you to provide the text content for your website, as you’re the expert on your business so it’s always best when it comes directly from you. If you need help, we have writers that will help edit or write original content for you at an additional cost of $50 per hour.

Yes, we give you access to a development server while it’s being built so you can view. It’s a must. Your input and feedback is crucial to the process, so we’ll need your help and direction to achieve your final vision. We’re a team and look forward to hearing your ideas.

NONE. We don’t play that game. We discuss your website requirements with you and then price accordingly.  Once you have placed an order for your website design with us, we work hard to ensure that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to. If the need to alter the price quote arises, we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started. If changes and/or additions are requested by you, additional costs must first be agreed to.

If you have a small website consisting of only a few pages and wish to make changes infrequently, then it is usually more cost effective to make those changes yourself. Alternatively, you can have us make the changes for you at a small cost.
